The room was spacious and bright, and we loved the pet-friendly vibe. The restaurant's vegan breakfast options were great!

The property was beautiful and delightful with excellent staff at reception desk. The location was fantastic close to everything, near Chateau Perrier. And we were close enough to the garden, beautiful city hall and wineries and restaurants. Courtyard bar was lovely.

The Tuscan cheese at breakfast was nothing short of extraordinary! The beautiful Belle Epoque building stole my heart. It's a gem on Avenue de Champagne, with close proximity to dining spots like La Cave De L'Avenue De Champagne and Le Ch'ti Resto.

Nice comfy base for discovering Epernay with supper friendly and amiable staff at reception desk. Marvellous and stunning location in a secure area, good for visiting Epernay. An incredibly beautiful and delightful hotel, my first choice in Epernay.

The location couldn't be better, close to everything on Avenue de Champagne. The shower was hot and tricky to adjust.

The charming garden was a highlight , and we enjoyed a good breakfast spread. There were some inconveniences, such as insufficient towel rails in the bathrooms and the initial confusion during check-in with no staff present to greet us. Perfect for a short stay with family or friends if you can overlook these minor issues.

Top-floor apartment offered excellent air conditioning and luxurious bed linen. The breakfast spread was a good experience in the rear courtyard.

The two-bedroom apartment had missing kitchen essentials, including dishes and hand towels. The walk from the parking area is lengthy, and dropping off luggage can be a hassle due to traffic. Housekeeping missed picking up glasses left on the bedside table and didn't refresh water supplies.

I was smitten with the character of my room! The view of Moët and Chandon added a magical touch to our stay. Plus, the breakfast eggs cooked to perfection were a good start to the morning!

We just loved the pet-friendly atmosphere. our dog received a bed and snacks! The breakfast was a delightful spread with fresh French bread. Only downside was the noisy main entrance, but everything else was incredible!

The location was fantastic, right on the avenue with charming character! We had a comfortable stay, and the breakfast was delicious. The option to dine at the restaurant one evening was a pleasant highlight of our trip.

There were some parking challenges during check-in.

I had a brilliant stay in a glorious town. All the staff members are incredibly helpful and excellent. The wine bar serves fine drinks, and I would love to stay here again for the perfect location.
